How to prepare for a junk removal pickup
A short checklist for access, photos, items to keep and payment.

Send photos of all the items and tell us where they are. Include stairs, gates, tight doorways and the distance from the pile to trailer access. A photo of one corner can miss part of the work, so take a few views if the load is spread out.
Separate what stays
Move keepsakes and important documents away from the removal area, or clearly identify them during the walkthrough. You do not need to carry everything outside yourself. Ask us to assess the lifting from its current location if that is easier.
Tell us about special materials
We do not accept paint. Identify unusual, hazardous or contaminated items before booking so we can confirm whether they can be included. Mention very heavy pieces and any dismantling needed. Do not assume a mixed pile has the same handling requirements as ordinary household junk.
Agree on the price before pickup
Quotes are before tax and depend on material, volume, weight, access, labour and travel. Our minimum service charge is $80 before tax. Confirm the agreed items before work begins, and discuss additions if your plans change.
Choose a payment option
We accept debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay by e-transfer or use an online Jobber invoice. Payment is due when the job is completed.
