What the service includes
Our minimum charge is $80 before tax. Your quote depends on the amount, material, weight, labour, access and travel. Send photos or arrange a free in-person estimate. We confirm the scope and price before starting; if the scope changes, we discuss it with you.

Share the details
Send your address, photos and a description of the work. Mention stairs, tight access and your preferred timing.

Arrange your service
Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the agreed work. Ask about current availability when booking.
Before the team arrives
Point out what goes and what stays. You can leave agreed items outside for a contact-free pickup, or ask us to assess removal from inside. We do not accept paint. Tell us about unusual, hazardous or contaminated materials before booking so acceptance can be confirmed.
A quote for your job
Size, weight, access, labour and travel can all affect the work involved. Photos are a helpful starting point; an in-person estimate may be useful for larger or more complicated jobs.

How soon can you collect my junk?
We offer same-day and next-day appointments when available, seven days a week. Call to confirm your location and a time.
Do I have to be home?
For an agreed outdoor pickup, you can approve the price by text or phone and arrange payment remotely. Confirm access and the exact items first.
What happens to reusable items?
We try to donate suitable reusable items when receiving organizations can accept them. Donation is subject to condition and availability, so it cannot be guaranteed.
How can I pay?
We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as e-transfer. We can also send a Jobber invoice for online payment.
