Outdoor pickup can be arranged remotely
You do not always have to be home for an outdoor pickup. It works best when the items, access, price and payment have been confirmed in advance. Inside access needs a separate arrangement.
Identify exactly what should go
Send photos and describe the pickup location. Keep items to be removed separate from belongings that must stay. Tell us about shared yards, gates and parking restrictions. Confirm that you have authority to arrange removal.
Approve the quote by text or phone
We can discuss the price by text or call before the work starts. If the actual load differs from the photos or there is an access issue, we need to resolve that with you rather than assume approval for extra work.
Arrange remote payment
We can send a Jobber invoice for online payment. E-transfer is another option. Agree on payment arrangements when booking, with payment due upon completion.
Keep a way to reach you
Make sure we have the right phone number on the day. Ask about a completion photo if you would like a record of the cleared pickup area.
