Two prices may cover different work. Ask about the items, loading, access, travel and disposal assumptions. Check whether tax is included. We quote before tax and discuss the scope before starting, with a minimum charge of $80.
Ask about coverage and site needs
We carry $2 million commercial liability insurance, auto insurance and WCB coverage. For a larger job, ask what documentation is available and what your property manager or project requires. A directory listing and insurance serve different purposes.
