Removal does not always mean disposal
When you book furniture removal, tell us if a piece is still usable. C.Z. tries to donate suitable items when organizations can accept them. Reuse can keep a useful item in circulation and reduce disposal, but we cannot promise a donation destination for every item.
Send photos of the whole piece
A clear photo helps us see the size and general condition. Include damage, stains or missing parts instead of photographing only the best side. Let us know if the piece has been outside, exposed to dampness or affected by pests. Receiving organizations make their own decisions about what they can accept.
Keep reusable pieces in good condition
If possible, keep furniture dry and protected while you arrange pickup. Empty drawers, put loose hardware in a labelled bag and tell us about any dismantling needed to get the piece out. These details help us plan handling and avoid surprises.
Plan for acceptance to vary
Available space and donation criteria can change. A piece that seems useful may still be declined. We discuss removal with you without guaranteeing that every item will be donated or that a donation receipt will be available.
